Mr. Mriganka Basak
Technical Head
Mr. Basak is an enterprising engineering professional offering a career of about 36 years in plant engineering and project management. He joined AUM in 2015 as Technical Head, leading corporate risk management services, evaluating construction project insurance coverage, and analyzing commercial property insurance policy risks to ensure robust client risk mitigation.
He is also involved in developing systems to ensure a bottleneck-free claim submission and settlement process, minimizing gestation periods and maximizing client benefits subject to policy terms. In cases of unjustified partial or total claim repudiation, he assists clients in systematically approaching the Insurance Ombudsman or consumer courts for resolution.
